- Wrap a paper strip or thread around your finger
- Mark the spot where the paper / thread ends meet
- Place the paper strip on a ruler
- Use the following chart to determine the Ring size

- Wrap a measure tape around your wrist
- Read the measurement in inches
- Leave a half inch margin for comfort and movement
